Over the past 13 years I have been a performance and leadership coach, it is my personal reward to watch people realise their uniqueness or ‘remarkability’ and become who they were born to be. This is why I absolutely love what I do.“

In 2005 my personal growth and business journey began...
Feeling at cross roads in my career, I decided to take a leap faith from my ‘unhealthy’ management role. It was my time to begin a journey of self-discovery and work toward my own goals and dreams.

In September 2005, I set up my first business, True Expressions, which offered communication services for small businesses such as copy writing, web content, blogs, and newsletters.
Right from the beginning, networking played an important role in my marketing strategy and how I grew my business. Networking built my confidence. Networking delivered business growth and new opportunities. Networking provided a challenge, support, encouragement, and friendship (many of my earliest networking connections are longtime friends) Personally, networking introduced me to a unique group of independent, self-leading, innovative individuals, people who continue to inspire and motivate my work.
In 2006, a colleague of mine suggested I sign up for a coaching and mentoring programme at the University of Bath. Intrigued, I joined. For the next twelve months, I explored, learned, and developed coaching and mentoring skills, which set a course for the next stage of my business growth. To this day, taking my colleague’s advice has proved to be one of the best business decisions I’ve made.
Reinvention through experience followed.
After qualifying as a coach in 2007 I created a successful portfolio career. Delivering a mix of writing, coaching, training, and speaking, led to a personal discovery that I thrived on variety, curiosity, and flexibility.
In 2009, I wrote my first book, Making Connections: How to Network Effectively to Build Better Business Relationships. My handy guide can help you achieve progressive personal and business from your networking efforts, to build your confidence, to stay motivated, and keep your business on track.
Performance and leadership coaching made its way to become the primary focus of my business.
How did this happen? When clients began business or leadership coaching sessions, I noticed that personal development needed to be the initial focus. Together we worked on the key self-leadership traits such as confidence, self-belief, adaptability, curiosity, and managing expectations. Developing an individual personally, enabled the natural progression of business and career development to follow. My clients made a personal commitment to building a strong Can Do or growth mindset, be purpose-driven, accountable, productive, to ultimately achieve winning personal and professional results.
Imagine how much more you can achieve when you perform at your personal best.
In 2014, after gathering together the best parts of why I love doing what I do, I launched my successful rebrand as Gaisha Consultancy Ltd – Gail Gibson: Performance and Leadership coach for leaders.
With an incredible tool kit of life experience, and performance and leadership coaching experience, my sole purpose is to coach people to become the best version of themselves; to step up, shake it off, and shine.
My business continues to grow and diversify as I thrive on the fluidity of being in the moment to meet the needs of the people I work with.
Think BOLD. Act BRAVE. BELIEVE in You.
