How often do you truly live in the moment, today?

Yesterday I received news about the sudden and tragic death of the partner of an old school friend of mine in Australia.

The news made me sit up and think about right now, not yesterday, and definitely not tomorrow.

How many of you have planned New Year resolutions for what you want to achieve throughout 2014? Are some of your goals an immediate priority? Are these goals things that matter right now?

As adults we often get caught up with planning for the future, don’t we?

As a coach when you work with me, it is my purpose is to help you identify where you currently are, what you want to achieve and how you can achieve it.  Together we think about now and the future.

Why not shift your focus and take a child’s approach to life? Live today. Enjoy the moment.

Make the most of today because today’s memories are a precious gift…
