An interactive and personalised 6-month programme, During the sessions, we will explore, discuss, and share to help you explore ways of being selfless, prioritising self-care, elevating awareness, taking responsibility, harnessing accountability, celebrating your second spring, sharing resources, nutrition, and exercise tools and tips, and raising awareness of menopause at work.

Monthly on a Wednesday, 10.30 am – 12.30 pm OR Saturday, 10.30 am – 12.30 pm in The Cotswolds (venue TBC)

11th September, 9th October, 13th November, 11th December, 8th January, 12th February
